WE ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO ANY VENDORS/CATERERS.  WE CAN SUGGEST RECOMMENDED VENDORS/CATERERS BUT YOU ARE FREE TO SELECT YOUR OWN VENDOR/CATERER OF CHOICE.

*CATERER/VENDOR/RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CLEAN UP, DISPOSAL OF FOOD & TRASH.  

*FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.


--FOOD & BEVERAGE--

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SALE OF ALCOHOL ON OUR PREMISES.  ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST BE SERVED BY A CERTIFIED BARTENDER.  A LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO EVENT. 

--INSURANCE--

WE DO REQUIRE THE RENTER PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE AND LIST SHADETREEZ EVENT SPACE AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED. 


--PAYMENT--

TO SECURE YOUR DESIRED DATE, A SIGNED CONTRACT AND $200 

SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.  

50% OF THE RENTAL FEE IS REQUIRED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL NO LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.  

*IF YOUR EVENT IS LESS THAN 60 DAYS AWAY A FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE DATE.*
